Welcome to Charlotte Cake Atelier 
Charlotte Cake Atelier was born in 2020 out of a simple home kitchen and the creative vision of Jaanvi Khanna—a designer-turned-baker with a passion for all things beautiful and delicious.

Jaanvi began her journey at NIFT Mumbai, inspired by design and aesthetics. She later pursued her passion for baking at IHM Pusa and refined her skills with an Advanced Diploma at the Academy of Pastry Arts, Gurgaon—where she fused art with pastry to create edible masterpieces.

At Charlotte, every dessert is a blend of art and flavour—designed to match the style, taste, and story of people of all ages. From scrumptious cookies to gooey brownies to the appetising cakes, we are here to sweeten up the occasion.
