Shipping Policy
Delivery Window
- We offer two delivery windows:
1. 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM - To ensure timely preparation, all orders must be placed at least one day in advance. For next-day deliveries, please note the following cut-off times:
3:00 PM for morning delivery slot
7:00 PM for afternoon delivery slot - For same-day delivery requests after 12:00 PM, please call us at +91 9650611663.
- We’ll confirm availability based on our kitchen’s capacity.
- Deliveries will take place anytime within your chosen slot. Since we rely on third-party logistics partners, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you have strict timing needs, we recommend choosing self-pickup or booking a delivery cab for more control.
- If you're placing an order as a surprise, please provide a valid contact number for the recipient so our delivery partner can reach them if needed. We do not send order details via SMS, WhatsApp, or calls—only essential shipping information will be shared.
- During inclement weather, festive periods, or busy operational days, some delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
*Note: All specialty cakes, tiered cakes, and large orders are delivered via car, not bike, to ensure safe transportation.*
Delivery Areas
- We are located in Rajouri Garden, Delhi, and offer delivery across most of Delhi NCR.
Deliveries are handled by third-party partners using temperature-controlled boxes with dry ice to maintain product quality. However, since cakes are delicate, we strongly recommend self-pickup for time-sensitive or high-value orders.
Important Notes for Delivery
- Ensure the contact number provided is active and reachable during your selected delivery window.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to collect the order. If not, the delivery partner may leave the order with a neighbour, security guard, or another trusted person nearby.
- Redelivery is not available, and once an order is marked as delivered, Charlotte is not responsible for its condition.
In Case of Delays or Damages
- Deliveries may be delayed due to rain or unexpected weather conditions, in which case we will update you accordingly.
- Our cakes are packed with care, but minor issues—like slight movement of garnish can happen due to road conditions. Only significant damage qualifies for a replacement.
- For minor issues, feel free to contact us. We’ll guide you on how to best handle and restore your order.
