Returns
- As all our products are freshly made to order, we do not accept returns.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled up to 36 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If cancelled within this window, a full refund will be processed. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
- Cancellations requested less than 36 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund, as preparations for your order would have already begun.
- Same day order cancellations are not eligible for any refund.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Charlotte reserves the right to cancel an order. Should this occur, customers will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Delays & Cancellations
- Please note that refunds or returns are not applicable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, as these situations are beyond our control. However, we understand the importance of timely delivery and always strive to ensure your order reaches you as scheduled.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately (Within 30 minutes of delivery) so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly otherwise Charlotte won't be responsible for this in case of delays.
- The recipient is responsible for verifying that the order meets the specified requirements and is in good condition at the time of receipt. Any issues reported after delivery or pickup will not be considered, including disputes over design or condition.
